Is TimeTracker desktop app or web app?
TimeTracker is a desktop app that can be installed on Windows-based devices . However, it also supports online mode where data is stored on Spinso cloud server and you just need internet to access it from any device.

What are different editions of TimeTracker?

TimeTracker Lite edition is free for life without any limitation. You get up to 3 users for free.

Can I use TimeTracker Lite (free edition) in LAN?
No. Multi PC support on LAN installation is not available in TimeTracker Lite (free edition). However paid editions support LAN installation.

What is On-premise deployment in TimeTracker?
TimeTracker on-premise allows you to install both application and database within your infrastructure. You do not need high configuration computer or server. Both client and server can be installed on your PC by following simple installation steps provided in the setup wizard.

Do I need high configuration Server Computer?
No, you don’t need any higher configuration of Windows server or computer to use TimeTracker. It can be installed and be used in your current setup.

Is installing TimeTracker difficult, do I need a technical expertise?
Not at all, TimeTracker installation is quite simple just like any other windows app like Ms office. You can try it by yourself by downloading and installing the TimeTracker Trial. In case you need any help, you can contact our support team for assistance.

How does TimeTracker Online work?
In case of TimeTracker online the database is installed on Spinso’s server, while the application needs to be installed on your PC / laptop. The data backup and maintenance are taken care by spinso.

What is the limitation in trial edition of TimeTracker?
TimeTracker Trial is available for basic and standard edition only. It comes with a cap of 25 timesheet entries. However for higher edition an online demo can be arranged on request.

Yes, TimeTracker On-Premise works on subscription model, you need to pay annual fee per user. The license will remain active for one year from the date of subscription.

Yes, TimeTracker Premium and Enterprise edition supports private cloud database setup. You can also install this on your Private cloud such as AWS, Google, Azure or local private server.

How many PC’s can I install TimeTracker application?
You can install it on unlimited PC’s or laptop, but the user access (Login Id’s) is limited to the number of users purchased.

TimeTracker can be installed on MAC with the help of third party software such as Parallels. You can also check for any other software which offers features similar to Parallels.

How do I make payment, if I decide to purchase TimeTracker?
You can make online payment at the below mentioned details. For Indian business / customers the funds can be transferred to our HDFC current Account. For International business / customers the funds can be transferred to our HDFC current Account or make payment via paypal. Payment details can be shared on request.
